David Brown

David Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public safety and revenue management. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Secure Passage since June 2022, David previously held the position of Public Safety Advisor at T-Mobile from March 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, David served as Chief of Police for the Fairway Kansas Police Department from April 2018 to March 2021 and held the role of Major at the City of Lenexa Police Department from 2013 until December 2017. David's law enforcement career began in 1987 at the City of Lenexa as a Police Lieutenant, where services were rendered until 2012. Academically, David holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Park University.
