Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hayward Holdings, Inc., Ray Lewis previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for the Residential HVAC & Supply Business at Trane Technologies, where a strategic transformation was achieved to enhance market leadership. As Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer at Catalina Marketing, Ray Lewis coached the executive leadership team in a private equity-owned, fast-paced environment. In roles at Allegion, Ray Lewis served as Senior Vice President of HR and Corporate Affairs, collaborating with the executive leadership team to shape corporate strategy and onboard a new Board of Directors.
