Brianna Weiss

Brianna Weiss is an experienced Lead Aftermarket Design Engineer at Hayward Tyler, specializing in no load testing and mechanical design for new units. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, Brianna has contributed to the development of the company’s first molten salt pump and has held various engineering roles since joining in June 2018. Prior to this, Brianna served as Co-President of the UVM Society of Women Engineers, where responsibilities included organizing events and networking opportunities. Additional experience includes positions as a teaching assistant for mechanical and electrical engineering courses, a lab technician, and a ski instructor. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, where studies were completed in 2018.
