Jane Crouse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and training within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Haywire since November 2023, Jane also leads "Listen. Laugh & Learn." at Cheer for People LLC, a role dedicated to listening and learning since March 2020. Previously, Jane held the position of Director of Training and People Development at TOM'S URBAN, managing multi-unit leadership across six stores with a collective revenue of $100 million. Jane's career at Texas Roadhouse spanned nearly 18 years, during which Jane developed talent and drove sales as Regional Leadership Development Partner, and earned recognition as Service Manager of the Year in 2004. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Texas A&M University, reinforcing a commitment to building people, sales, and profits over a 25-year career.
