Dr. LaCrystal Gordon, DNP, MBA, RN, CPPS, CENP, CPHQ has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dr. LaCrystal began their career at Lutheran Health Network in 2005, where they held various roles such as Staff Nurse, Nurse Manager, and Patient Experience Director. In 2016, they became the Interim Chief Nursing Officer at Lutheran Health Network before being promoted to Chief Nursing Officer later that year. Dr. Gordon then joined Harris Regional Hospital and Swain Community Hospital as their Chief Nursing Officer in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Market Chief Nursing Officer at Haywood Regional Medical Center, starting from June 2023.
