Cisco S. has held several key positions in various companies throughout their career. They started as an IT Director at St. Paul Travelers, where they led a technology team and oversaw system integration during company mergers. After that, they joined Target as a Senior Group Manager and later became the Senior Director of Technology. In these roles, Cisco was responsible for strategic planning, solution engineering, and driving IT strategies in collaboration with business and vendor partners. They played a crucial role in innovating through Agile Product Engineering and asserting Chief Data Officer Leadership. Cisco then moved on to Allina Health, where they served as the Vice President of Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Officer at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation.
