Juan Cordova

Assistant Superintendent for Elementary School Education at HAZELWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT

Dr. Juan Córdova serves as assistant superintendent of Elementary School Education, Assessment, English Language Learners, Early Childhood, Federal Programs, Professional Development, and School Improvement for the Hazelwood School District. Prior to moving to Missouri, Mr. Cordova served as the Director of Academic Programs for HMH Education Services in Puerto Rico, providing academic leadership for Focus/Priority Schools and SIG schools. His work as the Chief Learning Officer of Anson County Schools also focused on leading curriculum, instruction assessment, and professional development work in a diverse school district. He has also served as Principal of three schools.
