Willem van der Merwe

Willem Van der Merwe has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with significant experience in management roles. Currently serving as the Guest Relations and Homestead Manager and F&B Manager at Hazendal Wine Estate since July 2018, Willem previously held the position of Banqueting Manager at The 12 Apostles Hotel & Spa from December 2011 to June 2018. Earlier roles include Functions & Events Manager at Grande Roche Hotel between August 2009 and November 2011, and Restaurant Manager at Delaire Graff Estate for a brief period in 2009. Willem's educational foundation was established at Outeniqua High from 1988 to 1992.
