Samantha Philipps

Samantha Philipps has extensive experience in the fields of customer service and property management. Currently serving as a Dispatcher and Compliance officer at Hazmat Environmental Group, Inc. since September 2014, Samantha previously worked as a Leasing Agent for 7008 Erie Road Associates LLC, managing rental operations and addressing tenant concerns from December 2012 to August 2014. Earlier roles include customer service positions at Tops Markets and a supervisory role at Tim Hortons. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bryant & Stratton College, as well as an AAS in Business Administration from Erie Community College and a Certificate in Teaching Assistants/Aides from the same institution.
