Thomas Masters

Thomas Masters is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at HazTek Safety Management since October 2018, Thomas supports over 300 employees across 35 U.S. locations. Previously, as Director of Human Resources at Knipper Health, Thomas led HR initiatives for a multi-site healthcare solutions company, managing more than 500 employees. At Omnicare, Thomas held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Employee Relations, where a Center of Excellence was established to support over 12,000 employees nationwide. Thomas’s career in human resources began at NeighborCare, where regional HR support was provided for 1,300 employees across 20 locations. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Labor Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from West Virginia University.
