Michelle Morrissey has extensive experience in technology delivery and business analysis, primarily at HBF Health, where roles have included Senior Delivery Lead for the Transformation Programme and Manager of Business Engagement and Analysis. Responsibilities have encompassed delivery planning and execution for health insurance policy and claims management systems, developing business analysis capabilities, and leading teams in software development and process improvement.
