Michael Hughes

Michael Hughes currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at HBI Health & Beauty Innovations, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Michael was on sabbatical focusing on family from May to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as President and CEO at Elevation Labs (July 2018 - April 2023), CEO at Northwest Cosmetic Labs (August 2017 - July 2018), and various leadership positions at Procter & Gamble from 1999 to 2017, including Plant Manager and Operations Manager. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
