Louise Rowland

Louise Rowland is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in healthcare, cosmetics, and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Laleham Health and Beauty since July 2018, Louise has previously held roles as an HR Advisor and Interim HR Manager at various organizations, including the Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust and Precision Polymer Engineering Limited. With a solid history in managing HR functions ranging from employee relations to recruitment and training, Louise also has extensive experience in quality standards implementation from the role of Director of Human Resources at Bailprint Labels Limited.
