Mariola Balczerowska Cmgr McMi

Mariola Balczerowska CMgr MCMI currently serves as the Director of Operations at Laleham Health and Beauty, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Mariola accumulated extensive experience at Arla Foods from September 2013 to November 2023, where roles included Senior Logistics and Planning Manager, Production & Technology Development Manager, and various interim managerial positions in quality, safety, and maintenance. Mariola also held the role of Project Manager for Leadership Development and progressed from Production Team Leader to Senior Production Technician and Site Planner. Educated at Uniwersytet Humanistyczno-Przyrodniczy im Jana Kochanowskiego w Kielcach, Mariola earned a Master's degree in Political Science and Government between 2005 and 2010.
