Partap Singh Sabharwal

Partap Singh Sabharwal is currently the Principal Consultant at Qatar Design Consortium and the MEP Project Manager at HBK Contracting Company W.L.L. Prior to these roles, Partap was the Head Of Mech Department at Qatari Engineer & Associates. Partap graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. In their current positions, Partap is responsible for managing all specialist sub-contractors for various MEP services within the projects.
