Alexandra Bergeland

Alexandra Bergeland has diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Front End Operations Specialist at Mills Fleet Farm, where they led a team of cashiers and provided coaching and feedback. In 2013, they joined Samaritan Bethany, Inc. as an HR Generalist and Neighborhood Coordinator, where they participated in the hiring process, assisted with employee relations, and evaluated the HRIS for project implementation. In 2015, they moved to Dungarvin, where they served as a Lead Recruiter, leading advertising efforts, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Alexandra'smost recent role was at HBK Engineering, LLC, beginning in 2018, where they started as an HR Generalist and later transitioned to the role of Recruitment Lead in March 2020.

Alexandra Bergeland attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
