Mila P.

Mila P. has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in director-level roles. Mila currently serves as the Human Resources Director at HBM since 2021 and previously held the same position at Etalon from 2019 to 2021.

Prior to that, Mila worked as the Human Resources Director at BD Holding from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for creating the company's organizational structure, establishing the sales department, and implementing business processes. Mila also managed three departments and ensured their synchronization and efficiency.

Before joining BD Holding, Mila held the role of Senior Project Manager and Human Resources Director at Miratech from 2011 to 2017. Mila also served as the Head of HR department at Slavutich from 2006 to 2011 and as a Senior Project Manager at InterExpo from 2001 to 2006.

Mila P. holds a Master of Administrative Management degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
