David Goldman

David Goldman is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate and real estate law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at HBNG Holborn Group since February 2016, David manages all legal affairs and transactional work, collaborating with various teams focused on real estate, construction, and investment. Prior to this role, David was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Skyline International Development Inc. from January 2012 to 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing legal operations for over 34 companies and contributing to corporate governance. David holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University.
