Tijmen Hoes

Tijmen Hoes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and consulting. Currently serving as Investment Director and previously as Investment Manager at HC Partners since September 2021, Tijmen has a strong background in the Bain Private Equity Group, holding various roles from Associate Consultant to Manager from March 2016 to September 2021. Functional expertise includes commercial due diligence, post-acquisition value creation, and go-to-market strategy, with industry experience spanning FMCG, financial services, telecommunications, technology, and tourism. Prior internships at ING in M&A and EuroChem in Corporate Finance and Strategy were also undertaken. Tijmen holds a Master of Science in International Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Politics, and International Relations from University College Utrecht. Academic foundations were established at Christelijk Lyceum Zeist with a focus on natural sciences and economics.
