Nelleke Boelhouwer

Nelleke Boelhouwer is an experienced lawyer and mediator with a diverse background in family and inheritance law. Currently serving as an advocate and mediator at DLB Advocaten & Mediators since June 2021, Nelleke has been involved with the Dutch Association of Family and Inheritance Lawyers and Divorce Mediators (vFAS) since September 2001 and holds a position as a Collaborative Professional within the Collaborative Practice Center since August 2010. Nelleke specializes in international child abduction cases as an advocate for DIAL Lawyers since September 2015 and has taken on the role of family lawyer at De Gezinsadvocaat since August 2021. Additionally, Nelleke has held various leadership positions, including serving as a confidential contact person at HC Tilburg since January 2017 and chairing the complaints committee for employees at Stichting De Wever and WonenBreburg since November 2022 and November 2019, respectively. Nelleke Boelhouwer studied at Leiden University from 1989 to 1995, having completed earlier education at Theresialyceum in 1989.
