Chris Brown

Chris Brown is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at 3Aware since December 2022 and as Chief Operating Officer at hc1.com Inc. since June 2012, Chris oversees legal, corporate governance, compliance, and privacy functions while maintaining responsibility for the company's financial management. Additionally, Chris co-founded the Aidan Brown Foundation, which supports children battling cancer, and holds board membership at Karuna Precision Wellness Center. Past experiences include CFO roles at Luscious Wines LLC and ChaCha, and VP positions at Sprint Nextel Corporation. Chris holds a BA in Accounting from Moravian University and a Certificate in Strategic Business Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
