Michael Helderman, CPA

Michael Helderman, CPA, has a diverse range of work experience in the tax field. Michael currently holds the position of Manager at HC2 Holdings Inc, which they started in June 2021. Prior to this, Michael worked at PwC for several years, where they held various roles. From January 2021 to June 2021, they were a Tax Manager. Before that, they worked as a Tax Senior Associate from July 2018 to January 2021, and as a Tax Associate from September 2016 to June 2018. Michael's journey in the tax industry began with an internship at PwC in June 2015, where they worked as a Tax Intern for three months.

Michael Helderman, CPA completed their education in accounting at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in accounting from 2011 to 2015. Later on, they pursued a Master's Degree in accounting from the same institution, which they completed from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their educational background, Michael also acquired the certification of a Certified Public Accountant from the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs in November 2020.
