Joseph Alfano

Joseph Alfano began their work experience in 2014 as a Seasonal Employee at Andy's Creekside Nursery. Joseph then worked as a Sales Employee at Andy's Farm Market from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they transitioned to IT roles, starting as a Data Intern at IT Voice (The New Slappey Communications) and later becoming a Data Technician. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Tier 1 IT Engineer, and from 2021 to 2022, they served as a Tier 2 IT Engineer. Most recently, they held the position of vCIO at IT Voice. In 2023, they joined HC3 as a Service Desk Engineer.

Joseph Alfano completed their education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham - Collat School of Business. From 2015 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems. In addition, from 2018 to 2019, they focused on Cybersecurity Management through a concentration program at the same institution. Joseph also obtained the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in April 2022.
