Johna Koelzer

Johna Koelzer is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter for the New Graduate Program at HCA MidAmerica Division since November 2017, Johna has a strong background in the healthcare industry. Previous roles include Owner/President of K6 Group LLC, an independent contracting company specializing in property management and construction, as well as positions at The University of Kansas Health System and Aerotek, where responsibilities included managing recruitment operations and training a large team of recruiters. Johna began a career in commissions at Lincoln Benefit Life and also coached gymnastics, building a diverse skill set. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
