Kristen Anderson

Kristen Anderson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristen most recently served as the Vice President of Nursing Operations at HCA Healthcare | TriStar Division, starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Clinical Operations at MEDICAL CITY DALLAS HOSPITAL, INC. from February 2021 to November 2023. Kristen also held various roles at Medical City Dallas Hospital, including Manager of Clinical Operations, Nurse Manager, and Nursing Supervisor from 2015 to 2021. Before joining Medical City Dallas Hospital, Kristen worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neuroscience ICU at Baylor University Medical Center from August 2010 to March 2015. Kristen began their healthcare career as a Patient Care Technician at Hendrick Medical Center from May 2009 to May 2010.

Kristen Anderson obtained a Master's degree in Nursing & Healthcare Leadership from Galen College of Nursing between 2021 and 2023. Kristen previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Abilene Christian University, graduating between 2006 and 2010. Before that, they received a High School Diploma from Fort Worth Christian in 2006. Kristen Anderson also holds additional certifications, including Chemotherapy Certification from Oncology Nursing Society (obtained in October 2017) and Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse from the American Board of Neuroscience Nursing (obtained in October 2014).
