Miles Asafo-Adjei

Miles Asafo-Adjei has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as an Admissions Assistant at Ensworth School. Then, in 2018, they worked as a Childcare Services and Human Resources Associate at The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. In 2019, they joined HCA Healthcare as a Manager, Engagement & Workplace Programs and held that position until 2022. Currently, Miles holds the role of Division Director: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at HCA Healthcare's TriStar Division.

Miles Asafo-Adjei earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, with a focus in Social Influence, from Cornell University in 2013. Miles later pursued a Master of Education degree in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University, completing it in 2019.
