Johndrika Bucher, BS, MHR, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Central Florida and as a Human Resources Business Partner at HCA Florida Healthcare. With a diverse background in human resources, Johndrika has held various roles at Amazon, including Human Resources Case Consultant and Disability and Leave Specialist. Previous experience includes serving as a Professional Educator at Marion County Public Schools, where instruction focused on Gaming and App Design software, and positions in medical credentialing and administration at Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center and Munroe Regional Medical Center. Educational qualifications include two Master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Management & Leadership from Webster University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from the College of Central Florida.
