Michael Willms, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Physician Services and Project Management at HCA Florida Healthcare since July 2021. With a robust background in project management within the healthcare IT sector, Michael previously held various roles at HCA IT&S, including Director of Project Management and IT Director at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point. Significant achievements include managing a $6+ million IT budget for a new hospital start-up. Michael's experience extends to Jacobs Technology as a Business Process Analyst and KPMG Advisory as a Senior Associate in IT Advisory, where leadership was demonstrated in IT audits and post-merger integrations. Academic credentials include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
