Alex Campbell

Alex Campbell, M. Ed, SPHR, PMP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Healthcare since October 2019, providing strategic HR and talent support to various business executives while leading a team of HR business partners. With previous roles including Director of Human Resources and Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at HCA Healthcare, Campbell has focused on performance and talent management, executive consultation, and organizational development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Learning and Organizational Development and Strategic Project Manager at MAPCO Express, where Campbell managed substantial budgets, HRIS transitions, and strategic projects involving mergers and acquisitions. Initial career experience included teaching U.S. History at Williamson County Schools and project coordination at MAPCO Express. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education from Vanderbilt University, a Master of International Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida.
