Erin Saunders is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and strategy within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Job Architecture Consultant in HRG Strategy and Ops at HCA Healthcare since April 2015, Erin focuses on securing qualified and patient-oriented healthcare providers across global facilities. Prior to this role, Erin was a Recruitment Resources Team Lead and Departmental Trainer at Schumacher Group from August 2009 to March 2015, where responsibilities included training and leading a team to attract Emergency Medicine Physicians and establish nationwide candidate pipelines.
