Holly Smith is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at HCA Healthcare since February 2022, Holly transitioned from Senior Recruiter to Talent Acquisition Manager in September 2023. Prior to this role, Holly held managerial positions at Loma Linda University Medical Center and served as an HR Partner, where duties included consulting on HR issues and providing training to leadership.
