Dr. Donna Baptiste

Dr. Donna Baptiste has a comprehensive background in nursing leadership and management. Dr. Donna served in various roles at different healthcare institutions, including HCA Houston Healthcare as the Administrative Director of Nursing and Director of the Free Standing Emergency Department Service Line. Prior to this, they worked at Memorial Hermann Health System as the Clinical Manager of the Emergency Department. Dr. Baptiste also held positions at Regional One Health as a Clinical Nurse Educator and at Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center as the Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department. Dr. Donna started their career as a Registered Nurse at Methodist Healthcare.

Dr. Donna Baptiste completed their Associate Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at the University of the Virgin Islands. Dr. Donna then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Chamberlain College of Nursing-St Louis Campus. Dr. Donna later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nursing Administration from the same institution. Finally, Dr. Baptiste obtained their Doctor of Nursing Practice in Healthcare System Leadership from Chamberlain University.
