Jennie Johnson

Jennie Johnson is currently the Benefits Manager at HCI Hospitality. Jennie has been with HCI Hospitality since November 2021 and has been in their current role as Benefits Manager since March 2022. Prior to joining HCI Hospitality, Jennie was the Director Talent Acquisition at Salina Regional Health Center from November 2019 until October 2021. Additionally, Jennie has experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, which they gained during their time at Salina Regional Health Center from August 2017 until July 2018. Jennie began their career in Human Resources at University of Maryland University College as a Peer Teaching in October 2014 and held that role until May 2015 when they transitioned to Via Christi Health as an HR Operations-Payroll Specialist. Jennie's most recent experience before joining HCI Hospitality was as the Vice President of Administration and Finance at Manhattan Christian College from July 2018 until December 2019.

Jennie Johnson reports to Bridget Seemann, Director of Human Resources. They work with Michaela Larkins - HR Analyst, Ashley Price - HR Recruiter, and Morgan Scheibler - Recruiting Coordinator.
