Wahid G. has extensive work experience in various roles. Wahid has held the position of Vice President & General Counsel at CMD Electric, Control Systems, Inc, and HCI Systems, Inc since 2022. Prior to that, Wahid worked as a Shareholder at Hunt Ortmann Et Al from 2001 to 2017. Before entering the legal field, Wahid worked as a Senior Civil Engineer Assistant/Project Manager at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works from 1998 to 2001, where they oversaw multiple dams and reported on their performance. Wahid began their career as a Field Engineer at Charles Pankow Builders from 1994 to 1995.

Wahid G. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they pursued from 1989 to 1994. Later, they attended Western State College of Law from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree. During their law studies, Wahid G. excelled academically, ranking second in their class and receiving the honor of Magna Cum Laude.
