Mukesh Roy

Mukesh Roy currently serves as the Head of Operations & Delivery at HCL Healthcare, a role held since February 2021, where responsibilities include building a sustainable wellbeing ecosystem for a diversified workforce and managing operations for over 50 clients across various sectors. Previously, Mukesh held several key positions within HCL Healthcare, including General Manager Operations and Associate General Manager, focusing on pan-India operations and corporate health solutions. Prior to that, Mukesh worked at HCL Technologies overseeing operations for various clients, such as Quest Diagnostics and Shiv Nadar University. Mukesh's career began at HCL Bserv with a focus on customer service and operations management in the telecom sector. Mukesh holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a graduation degree in Geography Honours from Vinoba Bhave University.
