Shikha Saxena

Shikha Saxena is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently serving as President of HCL Healthcare since May 2024, Shikha previously held the role of Chief Business Officer at Practo from October 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, Shikha was the Joint Director and National Sales Leader for Health & Life Insurance at Marsh McLennan. With a career spanning over two decades, Shikha has also been Group Chief Sales Officer at MediBuddy, Business Head at IndiaFirst Life, and held various leadership roles at Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, ICICI Bank, GE Capital, and HDFC Bank. Shikha holds an education degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
