Nidhi Pundhir

Nidhi Pundhir is the Global Head of CSR for HCL. She heads the HCL Foundation, which is the CSR arm of HCL Technologies. With more than 23 years of experience in actualizing Human Rights at the national and global level, Nidhi shapes and executes programmatic frameworks that are aligned to sustainable development goals for the most disadvantaged and isolated communities, including environmental targets. She has a deep understanding of poverty issues and delivers realistic approaches towards poverty alleviation.

In this role, Nidhi leads HCL's flagship global CSR Policy which pioneers efforts around the ten commandments of CSR. She has accelerated the HCL Foundation's vision, mission, and strategy to the next level, ensuring high quality program delivery that brings about meaningful difference.

Some of the key portfolios she has held were with Plan International as National Advisor on Child Rights and Protection, SOS Children’s Villages as Director Program Development, Asia and Plan International’s International Headquarters as Global Advisor on Child Protection in Development.

Nidhi’s basic discipline is Public Health. She holds a master’s degree in health & hospital management from IIHMR University, Jaipur and a M.Phil in Health Systems Management from BITS, Pilani.

In her pursuit and passion of her commitment towards social development, Nidhi has traveled almost 40 countries and most of her home country, India. She lives in Noida, with her two children and husband.
