Robin Khan

Robin Khan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in team leadership and project management. Currently serving as IT Team Lead for HCL Enterprise on the Arizona Public Service project since December 2014, Robin has successfully initiated projects from the ground up, focusing on communication, documentation, and coaching to enhance employee performance. Previous roles include managing teams for Chubb Insurance and FedEx projects, where Robin oversaw transitions, improved performance, and trained new hires. Early career experience includes technical support as a Senior IT Analyst for FedEx, customer resolution as a Customer Experience Specialist at Datrose, and operational management at The UPS Store. Robin also contributed to education as an AVID Instructor and provided private tutoring services. Robin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
