Darren Waite

Darren Waite serves as the Global Director of Partner Programs & Operations at HCL Software, where responsibilities include evolving global partner programs and building a skilled team. Prior to HCL Software, Darren held key positions at Adobe as the Global Practice Lead for Partner Development, driving partner success in digital marketing solutions, and at Microsoft Corporation, where significant achievements included generating $54 million in services revenue and enhancing partner engagement. Earlier roles at WRQ and Novell involved driving software maintenance revenue and managing technical support programs internationally. Darren holds an MBA in International Business and a degree in International Relations, both from Brigham Young University.
