Jenny Zheng

Jenny Zheng is an accomplished QA lead with extensive experience in software quality assurance and test automation. Currently serving as the Overall QA lead at HCL Software since July 2019, Jenny previously held similar positions at IBM, where responsibilities included leading testing efforts for the SelfServe and IBM Digital Commerce projects, coordinating global teams for the CoC 16.x project, and enhancing testing strategies for WebSphere Commerce. With a strong foundation in technical skills, particularly in automation tools such as Quick Test Professional and Selenium, paired with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Western University, Jenny has demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality software products and mentoring new talent in the field.
