Sharat Nayar is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in establishing and enhancing operational frameworks across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Snaptrude since August 2022, Sharat has successfully established People Operations, catalyzed significant company growth, and pioneered a remote-first culture. Previous roles include Finance Operations Manager and Operations Lead at Wavy, where Sharat set up A/P and A/R processes and automated numerous operations, and Operations and Growth at OneClass, where Sharat significantly expanded the vendor base while reducing costs.
