Reetesh Ghosh

Reetesh Ghosh serves as Vice President for the North America HCL Software Growth Business Unit at HCLSoftware since January 2023, specializing in intelligent automation and AI-led business observability for major F1000 clients. With extensive experience at HCL Technologies from 2005 to 2022, Ghosh held several key positions including AVP and North America Sales Head for DRYiCE AI SOFTWARE, where HCL emerged as a leader in software products by sales revenue. Previous roles included Senior Sales Director for Financial Services Solutions, where a strategic focus was placed on consumer banking and capital markets, as well as directing significant mega accounts and driving revenue growth amidst challenging market conditions. Ghosh started their career as a Business Development Executive at DDE Org Systems and progressed through various positions at Tata Consultancy Services. Ghosh holds an MBA in Marketing from IMS Indore and a BE in Electrical and Electronics from Mysore University.
