Sandeep Sarate

Sandeep Sarate is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in designing and leading user experience initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as UX Manager and Lead Product Designer at HCLSoftware since June 2019, Sandeep has successfully built and led a team of UX designers, established UX processes for a suite of 12 products, and engaged with customers for data gathering to inform design decisions. Prior roles include Sr. UX Designer at e-Zest Solutions, where Sandeep conducted research and developed user personas and prototypes, and Sr. UX Analyst at IndiaNIC Infotech Ltd, focusing on user testing and collaborative projects with cross-functional teams. Sandeep's career began in visual design and has evolved to encompass comprehensive UX design strategies, supported by a Government Diploma in Art with a focus on Communication Design and Photography from Abhinav Art College.
