Kathy Matzka is a seasoned consultant, speaker, and author with extensive experience in medical staff management. Since June 2001, Kathy Matzka has provided consulting services through Kathy Matzka, CPMSM, CPCS, LLC. Additionally, Kathy Matzka has been an author at HCPro, Inc. since 2003. Prior to these roles, Kathy Matzka served as a Medical Staff Coordinator at Memorial Hospital from August 1987 to June 2001, where responsibilities included credentialing, updating bylaws and policies to align with accreditation standards, managing medical staff meetings, and overseeing peer review activities.
