Joshua Bullock is an IT Support Specialist at HCS Technical Services LLC, where responsibilities include providing comprehensive support for server and workstation hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services, as well as resolving support tickets and partner issues. Prior to this, Joshua served as a Signal Support System Specialist in the US Army, focusing on technical assistance for computer systems and maintaining various communication equipment. Joshua's educational background includes a high school diploma from Boca Ciega High School, and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cloud Computing and Computer Software Engineering at Western Governors University.
