Michael Sheppard has a strong background in sales, management, and IT. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Owner/CEO of Hytec Computers, where they oversaw all technical work and sales. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Director of Sales and Marketing at Soft Landing Labs, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, and managing a sales team. In 2014, they became the Regional Sales Manager/IT Specialist at Rennova Health, Inc., leading a sales team and generating leads for various products and services. Currently, they are working as the Director of Client Services/IT Manager at HCTec, where they direct and leads projects, manages customer relationships, and supports implementation and process improvement.
Michael Sheppard earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from North Central College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at the University of Colorado Boulder, attending from 2008 to 2010.
