Taylor Seagraves

Taylor Seagraves has a diverse range of work experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. In 2012, they joined Oxford Healthcare IT as a Healthcare IT Recruiting Manager, where they stayed until 2016. During this time, they transitioned to the role of RBDM/Market Manager. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. In 2017, they joined Oxford Healthcare IT again as a Senior Healthcare IT Recruiter, a role they held until 2020. In 2020, they joined MATRIX Resources as a Senior Technical Recruiter, and in 2021, they became the Director of Strategic Resourcing at HCTec.

Taylor Seagraves has studied Information Technology at Tarrant County College. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Advanced Open Water Diver (SCUBA) from PADI in 2008.
