Erin Bush, PhD, RNC

Erin Bush, PhD, RNC has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erin currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at HD Nursing since February 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Clinical Operations at HD Nursing from June 2016 to February 2021.

Before joining HD Nursing, Erin worked at the UAMS Center for Distance Health from July 2011 to June 2016. During their time there, they held various roles including the South Central Telehealth Resource Center and UAMS Center for Distance Health.

From February 2007 to July 2009, Erin worked at Verizon Wireless as an Instructional Designer. In this role, they developed and maintained new hire training programs and created training solutions for product launches and corporate initiatives.

Erin also has experience as the Human Resources Director at Advanced Tissue from July 2004 to January 2007, and as a Territory Manager at Independent Medical Associates from May 2000 to June 2004.

Earlier in their career, Erin worked as an English & Speech Teacher at LRSD and Cabot Public Schools from August 1997 to May 2000.

Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, clinical operations, instructional design, human resources, and teaching. Erin'sextensive work experience is a testament to their versatility and adaptability in various professional settings.

Erin Bush, PhD, RNC has an extensive education history in various fields. Erin currently holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing, which they obtained from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2021. Prior to this, Erin pursued an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.

Erin's educational journey also includes a Master of Arts (MA) in Organizational Development, received from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock between 2000 and 2002. Additionally, they acquired a Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education (English, Speech) from the University of Central Arkansas in 1997. Erin'sundergraduate studies consist of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, which they completed from 1994 to 1996.

Erin also possesses a certification titled "Living with Dementia: Impact on Individuals, Caregivers, Communities, and Societies." Erin obtained this certification from The Johns Hopkins University in September 2019.
