Son Dang

Son Dang is a Senior Data Scientist at HDBank since November 2023, with prior experience as a Data Scientist at Fluz from November 2021 to July 2023, at Viettel Group from December 2020 to February 2021, and at Asia Commercial Bank from June 2020 to September 2020. At Viettel Group, Son Dang evaluated model effectiveness and researched customer response strategies, while also handling large datasets through MySQL on Hadoop. At ACB, model development for identifying potential POS customers was performed using PL/SQL and LightGBM. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UCLA and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from North Seattle College. Son Dang also served as an International Student Ambassador at North Seattle College, supporting events for international students.
