Amol Date

Amol Date serves as the Senior Vice President of Product & Program Management at HDFC Bank since January 2022, leading Digital Program Management and Product Development for the Personal Wealth Management Vertical. Responsibilities include overseeing budget, planning, execution, compliance, and IT governance for digital wealth initiatives, as well as managing a team of 24 to handle multiple web and mobile applications. Prior to HDFC Bank, Amol Date held several roles at InterMiles, culminating as Vice President of Product & CRM Development, where significant achievements included transforming JetPrivilege into InterMiles and innovating loyalty business models. Earlier experience includes strategic roles in business architecture and program management at Loylty Rewardz Management Pvt Ltd, technical support at HCL Technologies, and R&D at Synopsys. Amol Date holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from USC Viterbi School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
